The Centre at Salisbury
±900,000 square foot regional mall anchored by Hecht's, Sears, Boscoff's, JC Penney, and Montgomery Ward and located in Salisbury, Maryland on Maryland's Eastern Shore. This development was a joint venture with the Shopco Group.

The Great Mall of the Bay Area
±1.5 million square foot off-price mega-mall located in the heart of the Silicon Valley in Milpitas, California. Anchors included Off Fifth Saks Fifth Avenue, Marshalls Super Store, Burlington Coat, Linens 'N Things, Oshmann's Sporting Goods Superstore, Old Navy, Steinmart, DSW Shoe Warehouse, and Group USA. This project was a joint venture with Ford Motor Land Development Corporation and was an adaptive re-use of an old Mustang assembly plant.

The Centre at Hagerstown
±750,000 square foot power center located on I-81 in Hagerstown, Maryland. Anchors include Super Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Dick's Sporting Goods, Circuit City, Borders Books, Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond, Office Max and PETsMART. This project was a joint venture with Developers Diversified Realty Corporation, a publicly trade REIT listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

City Place
±350,000 square foot, five-level, enclosed retail center located in the central business district of Silver Spring, Maryland (suburb of Washington, D.C.). City Place is the initial phase of the planned redevelopment of Silver Spring, Maryland's first suburban retail hub, dating from the late 1940s. Anchors include Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, Burlington Coat Factory, and AMC Theaters.

±350,000 square foot center located in Salisbury, Maryland (on Maryland's Eastern Shore). Anchors include Target, Home Depot, Michaels, Office Max, and PETsMART. This project is a joint venture with Developers Diversified Realty Corporation.
